Which of these (or others for that matter) would you choose?  I have a good idea from the price which ones may be the best, but are they worth the extra $$$?

Also, I have 2 6x9s hooked to one side of a JL 300/4.  Can i parrallel the tweeters w/ the 6x9s as long as there is a crossover between the amp and the tweeters?

Thanks,

David

No. That will change the entire structure of the circuit. You can however parallel the 6x9s together, and then run the tweeters off a different channel with the crossover between the amp and the tweeters.. assuming the channel is the same.
If you would like, you can run your tweeters directly off that amp. Set your hipass crossover to .. say.. 3500 - 4000hz and run them directly off your amp... set your gain *conservatively* though.
Personnally, I don't like any of those tweeters. All metal cones and such. ick.

Plus why do you think you need additional tweeters?  Have you actually heard any of the ones you posted?

I don't have ANY tweeters yet.  No I have not heard any of the above tweeters.  I live in the sticks, so I have to order all my stuff.  Even the one little car stereo place (Radio Shack) only carries the Wal-mart style brands.  I would go listen to them, but it's almost a 2 hour ride to anywhere that has those I mentioned.

Tweeters are built into the 6x9's.
Look.

It is in the middle built off that center-stalk looking thing.
What is wrong with your sound exactly?

yeah metal tweeters have a distinct sound that is quite unbareable in close proximity, I would have to say none of the above, and even though you live 2 hrs away from anywhere these are sold it is going to be hard to make a decision without hearing what these sound like.  It is all personal, it is going to be in your car, not someone else's.
