I was told that I have to buy a Directed 457C door lock interface to get my advantguard 4 to work with my truck. Is there a way i can build the interface myself since i have nobody local that deals with clifford systems

OEM Alarm DisarmL GREEN/ ORANGE (-)DRIVERS KICK PANEL **

* For OEM Alarm Arm The L GREEN/ ORANGE Wire Must See A Chassis Ground (-) Pulse Thru A 644 Ohm Resister. ** For OEM Alarm Disarm The L GREEN/ ORANGE Wire Must See A Chassis Ground (-) Pulse Thru A 1565 Ohm Resistor.

Use the top part of the following diagram to wire the locks yourself with no module.

Thanks for the info ...... it seems a lot cheaper than a $80 "data interface" unit ........ now ill have to figure out the "grey key" anti-theft connection ....
