Alright, I'm about to give up on this thing.  Would it be easy...  Wait, let me refrase that, would it be -too hard- to rewire all the dash components/lights in an '87 Cavy?  As in, can all the different harnesses and such be bought new, and where from?  Or do I just cut the old ones off with some slack and reuse them?  Although that doesn't seem too wise...  Should be a trail and error learning process from me...

Just any tips on rewiring a car I would appreciate.  I don't plan on rewiring the computer or anything like that, just the "basic" stuff, 'cause I can't seem to fix this problem I'm havin' with lights.

Thanks,

Jon

16+ years I've survived in this world, and I've come to believe cars are the only thing worth living for.

It can be very time consuming. I would do just the wiring that is needed to get things to work. After all it is a pretty old car. Using butt connector is probably the easiest if you want to save yourself the work.
Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it.1987 Cavalier R/S - Last Post -- posted image.
