DIRECTWIRE™ WIRING INFORMATION - CHRYSLER / PACIFICA / 2005 / Security
12volts lt. blue/red (10A)   +   ignition harness
Notes: This wire is rated at 10 amps only. If installing any system with high current outputs, go to battery for 12V.
Starter yellow   +   ignition harness
Ignition pink/gray   +   ignition harness
Power Lock PURPLE / lt. blue   -   driver door module in door
Notes: Lock is negative trigger thru a 1.8K ohm resistor. Unlock is negative trigger thru a 750 ohm resistor. Unlock requires a double pulse. MUST use relays.
This wire is not present on the base models which do not have central lock thru the key cylinder on the door. However, a wire can be added to the pin location where the wire would normally be found. It is pin 13, in the 20 pin plug at the driver door module in the door. For reference, the wires next to it are org/tan in pin 12, and lt. blu/wht in pin 14.
Power Unlock same as power lock wire
Lock Motor tan/white   5wi driver door module in door
Unlock Motor tan/lt. green   5wi driver door module in door

Parking Lights+ use negative wire
Parking Lights- BROWN / white   -   headlight switch or BCM, C5, pin 31
Notes: The parking lights are negative trigger thru a 920 ohm resistor. There is a rest resistance on the wire, so MUST use a relay to isolate away from the switch.
The BCM (Body Control Module) is on the driver side firewall under the dash.
Hazards WHITE/ dk. blue   -   hazard switch or BCM, C5, pin 1
Notes: The BCM (Body Control Module) is on the driver side firewall under the dash.

The LR door trigger is PURPLE / gray at the BCM, C2, pin 8. The RR door trigger is purple / YELLOW at the BCM, C3, pin 5. Use all four wires and diode isolate each.
The BCM (Body Control Module) is on the driver side firewall under the dash.

Notes: The BCM (Body Control Module) is on the driver side firewall under the dash.
Hood Pin N/A
Trunk/Hatch Release PURPLE / tan   -   driver A pillar or BCM, C3, pin 7
Notes: This wire is for the power liftgate. It is negative trigger thru a 4.7K ohm resistor. MUST use relay.
The BCM (Body Control Module) is on the driver side firewall under the dash.
Power Sliding Door N/A

I just did this car. I have one problem. When I remote start everything is fine. When I use the Key the windows, heater control and radio do not work. If I disconect the ignition wire everything works again. I am using an audiovox APS-596 two way remote start system. The only thing I can think of is that the remote starter is leaving some voltage on the ignition wire or loading it down. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it.
