I have a an old jeep that I have restored and I want to make an FG console for it.  I have made FG kick panels before and speaker door pods, so I am capable of making this console.  The thing I need you guys to help me with is the cup holders I am molding into the console.  I want them to look like the stock cupholders in a new vehicle and I am up for suggestions on what to use to make the cupholders out of.  I thought of using pvc pipe for the inside (so they will be waterproof) ....any help would be appreciated

fiberglass is waterproof so you could just mold a cup into the design......even put mold  release around an old cup and just slide it out when your done......

yup use big gulp cups so you know that itll hold everythign youd ever need, then, after the console is done, you mold a smaller cup rim into the consol and cast another piece, like an insert at rhe bottom so you can hold smaller cups snugly-- it will look just like OEM
