ok iam sure that there is something somewhere in this forum that adresses this but it's late and there is 45 pages of threads :) so i need a program 4 my laptop to do navigation with the folllowing features

voice prompt, FREE, as much CANADIAN content as possible

sinec youll have a laptop, i presume youd have internet explorer
