Hi, I have just installed a remote starting alarm into a 1996 BMW 5 series. The car has a coded key and the remote start only works when the key is in the ignition. Do I connect the factory disarm wire to something in the key barrell?

Thanks

Kent

Thanks,

I have contacted the New Zealand importer of DEI and they don't bring in a 555b due to lack of demand. Is there another way around this or another product on the market? If not, could you refer me onto a website or company where I can purchase a 555b and organise freighting to N.Z?
