Ok im going to be installing Pioneer AVH-P5700DVD in my car and all my music is gonna be VCD......I would like the video to play while the car is in drive....also for passengers (so dont flame me for doing it)..
I was told to put a three prong switch on the parking brake wire off the unit....can someone tell me how to wire it up??

My friend has the 5700 in his Caddy eldo, and its not as easy as just grounding the brake wire. Basically it needed to see ground, then taken away and ground again in order for his video to work. Just installed a toggle switch on the grounded green brake wire and that was that.

I do know that just grounding the wire does not work.
