I want to know if I could hook up two amps to the sub output of my crossover and how could I do it. Also if I run an amp to each sub and an amp on my rears and an amp on my fronts plus the crossover, will I have a power problem? I have 2 subs. Thats a total of 4 amps and 1 crossover.

Sure, you can do that. If the sub amps have line level outputs, you can daisy-chain them, or simply use a y-connector on teh crossover output for the sub. Will you have a power peoblem? That depends on the amps, the car, and if you upgrade you alternator and battery.

If possible, I would try to run one amp with the 2 subs, or one amp for your fronts and rears, preferably your most powerful one for the subs (that is, if you are worried about power). Follow what Dyohn said if you want to go 2 amp for subs, but for one amp for two subs, wire them in parallel (check your total impedance with the amp load power output to make sure the amp is compatible.
