Alarm going off while driving?

I've had 2 complaints about Audiovox remote/starter combos going off while driving. The fist one was an APS-785 and the second an APS-786t. I've installed a lot of this units   , this are the only two times I've heard of this happening.            One was about 2 years ago(the 785) and one just this week(the 786t). Both of the owners claim that they were driving when all of the sudden the alarm starts going off. In both cases after checking all the connections I couln't get the units to do it again. I think the problem is on the remote because the only way I can get the alarm to go off with the engine running and the key on the ignition is by using the panic function. Has anyone ever heard of this happening with this Audiovox units?

can you disable painc while driving or when the igntion is on.

The panic function can not be disable on this units.

It might be the igition wire is tap into the wrong wire.

Sometime one of the remote button is stuck and the alarm thinks that someone is holding on to the button which cost it to panic.

I've been installing Audiovox for almost four years now, and I've seen this before too. Ask the customer if the alarm stops after 30 seconds. Also ask them if they noticed the parking lights flashing, or if the heard the brain clicking the parking lights on and off. If they're getting siren AND parking lights, you know it isn't just the siren wire shorting out to power-----it's most likely the remotes.
