Planet Audio was one of the great "hand-made in America" brands.  Their gear used to be among the top ten brands of all time.  Their Neo subwoofers were awesome.  I use a Planet Audio 4-channel amp from about 1998 in my car and it is sweet and clean.  They went through bankruptcy a couple of years ago and are back now, but I am not sure if their gear is still the same quality it used to be.  Any PA dealers on the board?

My local shop has Planet Audio as his lower end stuff, and its good stuff if your on a bit of a budget. They arn't low end stuff, he just happens to carry alot of the higher end brands and no cheap stuff at all.

Yep, they are now.  That's what I meant when I said I couldn't vouch for their quality or reliability since they came out of bankruptcy.
