they wont turn on, but the parking lights go on.....headlights wont work on lows or highs even....both bulbs are good, i checked every fuse and they are all good.....when i flick them to highs the high beam indicater light doesent even go on. the car sat for like 2 months and the battery died from sitting....

any suggestions on what this may be? its really bugging me...

they worked when i parked it 2 months ago due to blown tranny....now i go to put it in the garage today in they dont work.....

there was an aftermarket stereo that was in there but it was pulled out when it was parked.....i doubt it has anything to do with that though....

any help would be greatly apreciated...thanks

hmmm... i pulled the switch, and tested all wires....all wires got power except a thin blue/white wire, double thick RED / yellow wire, and a double thick blue/orange wire......
im starting to think it is the switch but first i must find out what those wires are for...anyone know?
also would this switch being blown cause the highs not to work at all?not even the blue indicater light?

also, i checked the headlight fuses under the dash with a test light and they generated no power........so, does the power run through the switch first or the fuse first?
this is really starting to get under my skin, ford wants 80$ an hour to fix this....
but it all worked 2 months ago when i parked it.....now they dont
