Does anyone know where the Speed coltrol wire is for hooking up an AVIC-N2?  I know it is attached to the PCM but I'm not sure what a PCM looks like.  Assuming I can find this wire, is there a way to test to make sure I have the right one-by using a volt meter or something or do I have to hook the whole sysem up to know.

One more question.  When attaching the parking break wire, I've hooked into the GREEN/ blk wire but I still get the annoying messge saying the wire isn't hooked up correctly.  Any suggestions for that would be helpful also.

Thanks,

Chris

I have a 05 F150 and the Metra Harness for fords has a pink wire comming out of it. That was the VSS line for me right in the harness. Ford has a Speed Sensitive Volume Contol option in the "audiophile systems".
