AVIC-N2 no faceplate case?

I find it wierd how Pioneer made this unit so oustanding but yet they cannot include a measly faceplate cover after all the money you end up paying for the N2. What's really "funny" though is that if you go to Pioneer's parts website they have the faceplate for the N2 for sale lol.

I have heard of people complaining about why they did not get a remote or the microphone after paying all that cash but no faceplate case??? Come on Pioneer - you guys can do better than that!!! Still love their stuff though although this is kinda disappointing somewhat....

car 1 = alpine 9807, mtx 404+mtx 311d, polk speakers, kappa 10"
car 2 = pioneer 7700, kicker 400x1, kicker 60x4, 10"compvr x2, kappa speakers

as an all in one unit yes, my opinion yes it is the best on the market. But overall quality Alpine ivad310 with the alpine nav pak. The Alpine nav system is the best on the market in my opinion. And the building blocks that Alpine offers blows the pioneer out of the water
