Hi,
I have the following odometer LCD with 16 pins, but have no clue about driving it. Anybody know the pinouts of the LCD?

Your first pin on the left should be the ground. But u realy need a micro controller or circuit to run these lcd dislpays.

Go to a electronics store, or go to a auto gauge custom repair shop, and see what they can do. Best to get an old odometer circuit and finding the pinouts from the internet. u can find alot on the net.
