do u have a multimeter?....make sure that u have a good ground at the amp and a good 12v connection at the amp too........a test light will work too.....let me know if u have one and i will tell u how to trouble shoot it

Where theres is a wire there's a way.

The amp powers. All connections are clean. now what.?
