Grounding HU

I just have a simple question to ask, is it okay to ground you HU to the back of the HU's chassis. You know, right there where that little hole is at?

You should ground it to the chassis of the vehicle, this is where you will get the best ground.

Yeah, that's what I thought,

I've been grounding the HU to it's chassis, but as of lately my HU has been really really hot. So I guess I'll try to ground it to the car instead. thanks
