I recently had a problem with a previous cd player and got so ticked at it that i just ripped it clean out of the dash. I tried to slide it back in and hook the harness up right thought it might be ok then. Was for 5 minutes then i got so po'd that i just ripped it out and started beating it against the seet. I resintalled it to see what i did no sound only from subs. Big mistake on my part. I bought a new pioneer and i installed it just as you would any other cdplayer only same problem. only sound from subs no speakers. Please help me!!!!!

My advice. Take the car and the cd player to a certified installer and have them repair what you messed up.

welll...since you have sound from the subs and nothing from the highs...maybe there's a factory amp in the vehicle that you have to turn on with remote power wire off the cd player. but i do agree with the above statement, take it to a local shop that can repair what you've done wrong.

Let's see....you got ticked off, ripped the deck out of the dash, put it back in, got p.o.'d again, ripped it out again, beat it against the "seet", stuck it back in again.......

....and you're pleading for help now?

I can't believe I read stuff like this.
