< language=>postamble(); im using one relay to interupt power to both sensors. using the ground when on rs from the rs unit doesnt shut them down. thats why im trying to use th acc. wire from the car to trigger the relay open when it receives 12v. that way when the rs starts the relay will be open and the sensors wont trigger. would i need to use a diode like on the staret kill diagram?

85=ground at all times

86=12volts on run only from acc wire

30=one side from power wire to the sensors

87a=other side of the power wire to the sensors

That should work to do what you are doing.  You shouldn't need a diode.  Is there one on there now?  If there is a diode on the relay harness and its facing the wrong way it will pop fuses.  I would stick with the (-) while running signal, too, as it will cut down on how often that relay engergizes.  As you have it above every time they start the car with the key they'll hear the relay click (which may or may not drive them crazy).  Good luck!

no diode yet, but fuse on rs pops, thats why i thought i would need a diode just like on the starter kill. its on my own truck, so i wouldnt mind the clicking as much as the sensors tripping.

You might have already fixed this, but are you sure you have it wired exactly as you listed? Can't see why your fuse would pop, since all the relay is doing is connecting two ends of a wire that you've split in the middle.
If you leave the coil connections unconnected (85 and 86), does the RS fuse still blow?
If it does, that would imply your fuse would have blown even before you tried inserting the relay inline.
