Just reinstalled a 1006 in a 04 Sentra and the picture scrolls as if the tracking needs to be adjusted. checked the din cable from the unit to the tuner box and it appears to be in good shape. no crimps, cuts etc. Any other ideas? Also can I get a cable anywhere on line?

Go to the setup menu and change your input signal to NTSC.

I'll check it out...but, shouldn't that be the default setting? When I bench tested the unit (after it sat for a while)it fired up with no screen issues and no setting were adjusted. The scrolling is occuring even when the headunit is on andthe screensaver, menu is on and just playing music-no video from an external source. I just ordered a new din cable, but maybe your idea will cure it.
By the way, this unit is not mine so I'm not 100% familliar with navigating through the unit. would you be able to give me a brief rundown on how to change the input setting? I'm kinda leaning toward the DIN cable.

Unfortunately, you have to bypass the safety feature to access the setup feature.
