This is a 03 Civic with manual trans, with factory immobilizer.What would be a good remote start system for this? I was looking into Compustar, but could not find any info on immobilizer by-pass on their web site.

Astroflex, compustar, Ultrastarter all make good alarm/remote start combos for manual trans. Don't "jerry rig" one that isn't made for amnual trans.

NOTHING DEI.... bypass moduals can be found all over the place. DEI are the most popular, the most recognized anyhows

For a basic remote starter system, get the 1WAMS system and use the PKH3 keyless bypass module ( Ver. H6 S5 ). Works like a charm and the Civic is very easy to do. Can have it done within 1.5 hours
