Have you tried HOLDING down on the Remote Button for apprx 3 - 5 seconds??
A lo of  Trunk Release Buttons are NOT Instant
If so....Meter both wires to confirm Pulse & Correct Trunk wire

No I didn't hold it down. I didn't know that some were not instant releases. I will hook the wire back up and try again later. Thanks for the info.

the Aux RED / white on all DEI units is defaulted to DELAYED validity... this prevents you from accidently popping the trunk when you put your keys in your pocket or purse.... you need to hold it down for about 4 seconds.....

Cool Thanks,

I'll hook the wires back up tonight and see what happens. One more question. You said to use the LT blue wire at the BCM. Can I use one of the wires at the switch insted? These are must easier to get to. Please let me know.

Thanks again EVERYONE I wish I could do something for you all. You have saved me alot of money...
