CompuStar heater/AC turn on relay wiring

I'm having a problem getting the wiring to the relay to work right in my 2001 F150. The heat/AC/radio will not to\urn on when the truck is remote started. I was told the blue wire from the relay needed to be hooked up to my 2nd ign. wire which is gray / YELLOW. When i hook this up there is still no heat/AC or radio.  Am i suppose to hook up the purple wire on the same relay to something?  I do not have the kill start relay hooked up yet also. Any idea's?

Blue wire is for the 2nd ACC or 2nd Starter or 2nd IGN output, depending on what wire you connect it to on the CN2 harness. The F150 has a 2nd ACC and a 2nd IGN as well so you will need to install another relay running of the primary wire. So this is what you need to do:

Hook up the WHITE/ BLACK wire from CN2 to the PURPLE pigtail off the CN1 harness & take the BLUE wire off the relay  and attach it to the BLACK/ GREEN wire in the ignition switch. For the 2nd IGN wire you wil need to wire in another relay like this: http://www.velocitymotorsport.com/images/install_notes/2nd_ignition_relay.jpg

YOu need to have BOTH of these wire hooked up in order for the truck to run and operate properly.

I have one more question.  All i have left to finish this install is the door locks so when the alarm arms/disarms it locks/unlocks the doors.  I see in Connector #4 pin 4 blue and pin 5 blue/black are the -relay inputs. Do i tie it in with the existing door relays or add more? The OEM relays in my 150 are up in the dash near the passanger side under the removable section on top of the dash.  Where is the best place to tap into the wire for the doorlocks?  Thanks for any help!
