Miracle mix......resin and bondo with their appropriet hardeners....mix them together, the outcome is a thick resin thin bondo.....easy to apply.....

Hey what do you guys think if for my second to last step if I pour some of that on again? Since it's really thin I think it will smooth out more stuff. Then I do the finishing putty. I dunno I'm just wanting to try new stuff to get that dash as smooth as possible... no 3M texture pain to be found in my city. Or should I just finish sanding and just paint that suckker.
Right now I'm concerned about parts of the edges that I've sanded down. Parts of the edge are sanded down to the plastic. So where the plastic meets the bondo it's kinda weird. Any suggestions?

if it is wavy I would add another coat. as far as the plastic meeting bondo, just feather it out using higher grit paper...it'll eventually work it's self smooth. if all else fails that's when the high build primer takes place. you can just sand that first layer smooth enough to paint...I only put one layer on my door panels and sanded that smooth enough to paint. I'll try to post pictures of them so you can see but, for some odd reason they are all too big...how do you load them into a small enough size to be seen on here without having to click an external link?
