low bass note problem

it also sounds like you need to get a capacitor since your voltage in the car is dropping so much, untill you get a capacitor you might still have the same problem even if you get a new amp, but 1 st buy the amp and see, if problem persists then get a capacitor, 1 farad for 1000wrms...good luck

it isnt a capacitor i have a 2.4 farad one and a optima yello top in the trunk and a yellow top in the front

Capacitors will not help with the kind of voltage drop you have, and in fact may make it worse.  You need a high-output alternator.
