I have a Matrix RSX 3.5 with a 530T window module.

I cannot figure out why popping my trunk makes my windows roll up.

I have on the 530T:

(-) Auxillary (This vents/rolls down the windows whenh it sees a negative)

(-) Ground When Armed (This rolls the windows up when it sees a negative)

(-) Relay for 610T (To keep your sensors from triggering while the windows are rolling up. I'm not using this.)

So the Matrix RSX must be sending a (-) signal out on the Ground When Armed wire when I open the trunk... But why?

Thanks for your help!

Try disconnecting the main harness from the brain of the alarm and check to see if you get continuity between the RED / white and the orange wires of that harness.  If you do then you got a short between the 2 somewhere.

Cause I'm So white and nerdy...

Thanks! I'll try pulling the harness and checking for a short.

Update:

It was a short of sorts. The tilt sensor triggers into the same zone as the trunk. The tilt sensor also had to be hooked up to ground when armed to learn the tilt position.

For some reason a trigger on that zone caused the Tilt sensor to send a ground out on Ground when armed (which rolled up my windows).

So now the tilt isn't hooked up, but the 530T is working correctly now. Thanks for your help.
