bobk, if I use the ground when armed output wire, won't the led's just stay on constantly?  I would like them to operate normally as the included blue one does.

I have mine hooked up in parallel, with a 1K resistor at each one. You can also wire them in series (the OEM DEI LED's anyways) with no current limiting resistor.
The Viper uses a 2V output, BTW, red is Positive.

Not that I know of. I believe they are the blue viper ones on the door ones, and I can;t remember what the center dash one is. It might be a Varad. It isn't a DEI one, but it is clear, and lights up nice and bright blue.
