Hi,
I need a way to simmulate a VSS negative pulse signal to get my vehicle to autolock after the ignition is on.

If you are just wanting to Lock after vehicle is Started.....
There are many Keyless Entry units on the market that have Auto-Lock / Unlock built in for less than $ 30.00 U.S. You don't need to use the Remotes.
VSS can be produced on many older vehicles by using an old Signal Generator from a Cruise Control or Magnets & Sensor from Cruise Control.
But this would keep Locking your doors everytrime you took off......
