Are there amps still any good I was looking at the P4004 to run my front and rear kappa's.  If not can you throw out some brands and sizes that would work.

personaly i love old skool fosgate but anything after there a2 and a4 series i wont recommened.2000 and up is (junk).  clarion has a nice line up for 4 channel amps. but theres alot out there it depends on what kind of sound you like .they all deliever somewhat different. im sure you will get alot of different suggestion in this form that will help so keep on watchin. lol

i would agree with that statement about RF amps. whats your budget for this amp ? i would suggest soundstream, alpine ,eclipse,crossfire,and MTX . thats just a start. www.soundstream.com you are going to want to look at the picasso series.

what are they rated at? i would stay twice the rms rating and keep the amp down so they amp don't work hard and youll get clean sound from it.

go just below your rated RMS power handling. and set your gain to match the preout voltage. from your H/U.another thing when looking at 4 channel amps. look at the THD. @ 4 ohms. the lower the better.
