MB Quart was purchashed by Maxxsonics maker of Hifonics, Crunch and Autotek. Don't know what to make of this. Opinions?

same thing that happened to fosgate when jim fosgate sold out. downfall!!!!!!!!! it took longer for fosgate to get as bad as it is. but i think different for mb because i believe mb quart aint all that great to begin with. dont get me wrong its a good line but it just doesnt do it for me. that just my opinion.
