Hi guys, my supplier doesn't offer a 900mz compustar only in the ss(I only have the 2wfm8000's), which i don't like. Do you guys know if i can use an 2wss antenna with a 2w900 remote since they both run on 900mz?I can get a 2wfm900 remote from articstart dealer and that would save me buying a antenna as well if i can use my ss ant.

Thanks in advance

No. arctic start and compustar dont cross over even though they are made by the same manufacture.

Well thanks for the info, i guess I'll need to buy an antenna too. Modules should be the same though(v3000 v3.). I hope anyway.

I think your mistaken. I just got a CM3000 CPU in place of a warranted Compustar CM3000 CPU from my supplier. All parts are interchangeable from what I can see. I can get the 900's, 8000's and the SS models from both Artic Start and Compustar. Perks of being in Central Canada compustar 900mz vs ss -- posted image..

From personal experience, the 900's and the 8000's have generally the same range and all functions perform exactly the same as one another. I've heard through the grape vine that the 900 series will be the replacement for the 8000 series in the enxt year or 2.
