I am looking for a qualified audio shop or installer in the NY/LI area. I have a 06 Outback Turbo that I would like to upgrade the audio system and install a navigation system.

Pffff... this is the perfect excuse for a road trip if I have ever heard one. A nice new turbo coupled with 5 thousand + kilometers just to get a stereo installed sounds like all the reason in the world to me....

to bad ya wern't closer to nova scotia, i'd say bring it down here and could do somehting with it..infinity, memphis, JBL or blaupunkt..
