i found your diagram of 2nd starter wire relay config. One thing confuses me  "#86 to vehicles starters ground out (-) when running".  what does that mean  on the RS module .  Just confuses me.  I havent done any auto starts in 10 years and im trying to refresh before i try any new cars LOL.

Thanks

Basically, the ground out when running wire is a negative tigger wire. It will activate before the remote starter come on ( send a negative signal out) and deactive or off when the remote starter is shut off. This is usually with the apply of the foot brake padal wire.
Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it.2nd starter wire relay? -- posted image.

boy that baby would be cranking all day.... you want the negative trigger active only during crank... DEI units give you a violet second start negative trigger... otherwise you may have to use a relay to convert the RS crank pos to neg and use it.....

If you look at the diagram pin 85 is going to the starter output so this relay will only engage for the duration that the starter wire has voltage.

The GOWR wire is a (-) trigger that is engaged during the remote start sequence and the relay's (+) trigger wire is the starter wire so the relay will only engage as long as the starter output has 12 volts on it. If you have any further questions just post them here.

cool well heres what i  read from the install guide and this is what i connect it to correct .

From crimestopper manual

PIN 3: YELLOW/BLACK: (-) IGNITION OUTPUT -or- ANTI-GRIND/STARTER DISABLE OUTPUT

This negative output wire is programmable and can function two different ways. It can be used as a Negative Ignition output for GM Anti-theft and Transponder Bypass modules, or it can be programmed to function as an Anti grind/Starter Disable output. As a Negative Ignition wire, this wire turns on when the remote start button is pressed and stays on through the duration of the remote start. As an Anti grind/Starter disable this wire activates when the Lock button on the remote is pressed and during remote start. When using this wire for an Anti grind/Starter disable, an optional Relay is needed to interrupt the Starter circuit. The starter disable circuit adds an anti-theft feature to this remote start system and prevents accidental grinding of the starter if key is turned to far after a remote start.

Some times I wish it just said it in plain english LOL

Thanks guys
