So I bought a code alarm CSI-400 from circuit city.  I installed the remote start completly fine and everything workes there but when it comes the keyless entry system I can't figure it out.  I tried the 5 wire reverse polarity from this site and I keep blowing the fuse i have hooked up.  I also did a search on these forums and didnt find anything.  Anyone have any ideas.  Should I just buy one of the 5 wire relay setups from the web?  Any Ideas?

Thanks

Brent

KarTuneMan, you could be right but if he swapped out 87a and 30, won't he lose his power locks from inside the car since the alarm (-) pulse will only connect the switch with the motor at that point?

Tech soft says the car requires a positive pulse for lock, but a 5 wire for unlock. I figure all he needs is just a positive pulse with no 5 wire interrupt on the lock wire but leave the 5 wire relay on the unlock.

Yep, Common mistake............

Meter wires from door switch to make sure you have them on correct PINs( 87a )
