Double Pulse will be in the RKE or Keyless unit or a Pulse Generator

If a tech sheet lists a wire as "double pulse," what that means is that in order to do what you want, the wire needs to be triggered twice.........that is, your alarm will need to send a ground to that wire in the car, then the ground should go away for a moment, and then come on again.
Most likely, you are talking about a door-unlock wire.
If the wiring sheet for your car lists the unlock wire as double pulse, make sure you buy an alarm that is capable of a double pulse output when unlocking.
As mo12v says, there is always a separate module you can buy that will take a single pulse in, and then put a double pulse out. But it is usually more economical (and easier) to just get the right alarm to begin with.
