That's a nice deck. Give us some feed back on it once it is in.

1997 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor

Head Unit: Alpine I dont know the Model...Its nice though

PreAmp/Equalizer: Directed Audio 5 Band Equalizer with subwoofer volume control.
Mids/Highs: Two Pioneer 6"x8" 4-Ways (Front Doors); Two Pioneer 6"x9" 3-Ways (Back Panel); All the speakers have a 4 ohm impedence. My amp is 2 ohm stereo stable, but I have it running at 1 ohm stereo and it doesnt heat up at all.
Amp for Mids/Highs: Audiobahn A6004T (150w RMS x 4)
Subwoofers: Two Kicker L5 15"s in a sealed box. I have my Kickers overpowered by like 250w per sub, but I love the head room. They sound incredible!
Amp for Subs: Soundstream PCA2000D (2000w RMS @ 1 ohm mono)

Let me know what you think of my Audio system. It sounds totally awesome to me. So if you have any suggestions on making it better email me at aLeXv305@gmail.com.

Well here goes, I'm sure this will all go over real well....... two vehicles, one's mine the other belongs to the company I work for but they don't mind me installing anything in it and because it's not mine I wasn't about to put much money in it either.....  Installations and enclosures were all performed by myself with a little help from my wife, who is the cause of 2700 watts of power being in a family van in the first place.  At least she's happy!

First - 1998 Chevrolet Venture, Pioneer DEH-P670MP, 2 pair Hifonics AS62Ci components, 2 Hifonics Atlas AS12SQD4, Hifonics Generation XX Olympus 4x125rms (highs), Hifonics Generation XX Colossus 2x1100rms @ 2ohm (subs), Stinger SHDH20E 20 Farad Cap, Stinger wiring on power and signal.  I love the way it sounds and it's the envy of every high school and college kid in this hick town.

Second - 2004 Ford F-150 (work) Pioneer DEH-P1000, 2 pair Audiobahn AS68Q, 1 Audiobahn AS1051SE, Profile Clarus 440, Profile California 300M, Scoshe wiring all around.  All from Ebay, $550 for the lot, it's not much but sure beats the crap outta the factory BS Ford puts in those trucks.

There it is, I don't post often but I love the information and wealth of knowledge compiled here is outstanding.  I must say that the fella's who really know their stuff and give their opinions when people ask, tho sometimes a little biased, should have their names sung in praise for sharing such opinions and experience with us all.  I could have saved more money and bought products like a/d/s, MB Quart, Boston Acoustics, Resonant Engineering, Digital Designs, Elemental Designs, JBL, Nakamichi, Rainbow, U.S. Amps, Zapco and lots of other top names that aren't coming to me right now.  However, using the good rules of thumb and top notch techniques described and detailed on this website I was able to get the best quality of sound out of the products I decided to use which is the idea I believe in any situation no matter the quality of the product.  Well, that's enough preachin' for now, take it easy all.

2004 F-150:
Pioneer DEH-P2000
Profile Clarus CL440 & CA600M
Audiobahn AS68Q 5x7 (2 pair)
Audiobahn AS1051SE 10"
EFX Scosche 4 Guage 2 amp kit
1998 Chevrolet Venture Van
Pioneer DEH-P670MP

damn..... been so long since I looked at anything I posted..... need to edit my sig..... they traded me up on the trucks so I now have the 2004 instead of the 1998 F150.... and the Lanzar MAX10D died a show of a death with the voice coil seperating from the cone then catching fire!..... so there's been a couple changes on that vehicle....  not to metion I got confused on the model of the sub amp..... 600M not 300M, got confused cuz it's SUPPOSED to put out 300 watts RMS at 2 ohms....  600 - 300... different sameness, it's cheap..... well...... later all

2004 F-150:
Pioneer DEH-P2000
Profile Clarus CL440 & CA600M
Audiobahn AS68Q 5x7 (2 pair)
Audiobahn AS1051SE 10"
