2005 Chevrolet Equinox Alarm/Remote Start Wiring

Here's a tip for the door triggers/dome supervision. Pull the drivers door sill panel. About midway down the door sill you will see wires going under the drivers seat. In the harness coming from the FRONT of the vehicle, the driver door trigger is gray/black (-). In the harness coming from the REAR of the vehicle, you have your tan/white (-) which covers the rest of the doors. Then you have your ORANGE / black (-) which covers the rear hatch. Use the 3 triggers and diode isolate them accordingly. Or diode isolate the 2 door triggers and hook the hatch to the trunk trigger on your alarm if it has one. You also have your white (-) coming from the rear harness which is your dome supervision wire. Mike
