hey guys, can anyone tell me from experience if there is another location to get 12 volt power other then going to the battery.This is on a 2005 dodge caravan. Most data sheets say you must go directly to the battery.

Thanks MO ,most of the info on this vehicle will tell you to go to the battery only.

As others have said....I use one of the thicker constant wires at the top plugs of the BCM. I think I use the BROWN / red.   I'll usually pop a couple 10 amp fuses into the remote starter fuse holders instead of the 30 amp fuses they come with. Never had a problem with this method.
