You mentioned "imaging."  Imaging is N/A for subwoofers as long as they are properly crossed over.  Frequencies below 80Hz are non-directional so they will not affect stereo imaging in any way.  As long as your two woofers are receiving the same mono signal and are located in approximately the same location, you should not notice any cancellation effects.  What you gain by adding a second subwoofer at the same power level as the first is an SPL increase of approximately 3db, with a potential for increased cabin gain which can get you a net increase probably around 6db.  If this is what you're looking for, then go for it.

What I would do is buy this enclosure and sub from JL. http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_stealthbox_detail.php?fit_id=1383 It fits perfectly in your truck and leaves enough room for your amp to be mounted under the seat too. The jl 10w3v2 is rated for 300 watts continuous but the rear channels on your amp bridged should work fine. If you need more volume you can always add a dedicated sub amp later on and use your Polk amp to run your coxials in your truck.

The only problem you might run into is too low of an ohm load with the JL sub since the DVC 6 ohm version is in the stealthbox.
