How can I have everything in the vehicle work normaly during use of remote start and under normal keyed start but during remote start the stereo does not turn on.

The issue is when i turn off the car, I forget to turn down the stereo, then sitting in my office I kick the remote to warm the expo and when I walk out to the car, the stereo is blasting static because my XM has not turned on, or the CD really loud.

Is there a easy fix for this?

well you have to conect the xm to accesory and make sure that all wires are conected in the ignition wires it sounds that you missing a wire that is for the xm is not on.

I think you missed the point.

When I use the remote start I want everything but the stereo to come on.

You could Relay the Radio Power wire to shut off power when Remote Started

Just don't hook up the BLACK/ green ignition wire to the remote start.
