I'm about to install a hornet 564T alarm system in my '99 Camry (mostly for the nice long range remote start features) and I've found some cheap ($<30) spare LCD remotes for the unit. (normally they're over $100) The problem with the cheap ones off Ebay is that they don't have instructions for linking them to the main unit. The instructions for the unit itself talk about linking simple remotes to it, not the whiz-bang LCD one.
Has anyone linked one of these remotes to the module, or have a URL to such instructions?
(googling only gets me lots of folk wanting to sell me a new expensive remote)

if it's the same as the 554 you just go into learn new remote and select channel 8... this should auto learn the standard configuration.....
