Hi,

worked on a 2002 ford expidition and the alarm keeps going off every other day, can this be the GEM, every other day? instead of every hour or so? please help.

is it a factory alarm or aftermarket ? if it is and it is a directed then they have trouble shooting, it is very helpful. When the alarm goes off and you dis-arm it... the led flashes in a patern. depending on how many times it flashes... it shows why the alarm went off... instant trigger, door trigger, shock sensor or ignition.

the door triggers may need to be diode isolated... or the shock sensor is a little on the sensitive side

Thats my 2 cents.... take it for what its worth!
