I know that the DEI install manual says to only use one red wire unless more power is needed and I ran in to this same exact problem on the same exact vehicle.  I finally hooked both red 12+ wires from the relay to the 12+ on the vehicle and that solved my problem.  On other vehicles I have gotten away with just capping the unused red and the vehicle started fine.
Im moving to MEXICO and Im not speaking spanish!

To clarify, what the DEI install manual says is that "If there is more than one constant power feed to the ignition switch, hook one of the red power wires from the remote start relays to each constant power feed on the vehicle."
It does NOT say that you shouldn't use both remote start power wires unless more power is needed. If you do that then either your ignition and starter or your accessory and 2nd ignition/accessory will not get any power.
Both of the two red wires from the relay module need to have constant power in order for the unit to work properly.
