Hello, I am installing a rattler 369d remote start-keyless entry. I checked all my connections and energized the system. I failed to change the polarity jumper on the brain from positive to negative. Now, my parking lights do not work from the switch and I have checked all fuses and the parking light relay under the hood. Can you advise

If you mess up a positive circuit and throw a negative to it, at worst you usually blow a fuse. If you mess up a negative circuit and throw a positive to it, you usually fry a BCM. I would start there.
