Using car stereo equipement in the house

Im trying to find out how i can install a pioneer car stereo cd player  model no: deh-p4600mp , a 12inch Sony Xplod subwoofer,and a lightning audio 600 watt amp up in my house. i would appreciate it if no-one who responds would not ask why, i just want to. i just need to find out what i need to power this stuff.i would be greatly thankful if someone could help me with this.

get a 13-14volt 120 amp power supply. they are not cheap.

A power supply that will give you 12 volts in your house will cost you more than the equivelent home audio gear.
But if you really want someone to tell ya, head over to HomeDepot.com or Partsexpress.com and check out power inverters.

Also hit up local car audio shops, see if they have a used one.  Look to spend a couple hundred.

If not using it CONTINUOUSLY, a 20A battery charger, and an Optima battery will do the trick.
If using it on a continuous basis, or at HIGH ouput levels (levels with more than 20A continuous current draw) the big, heavy, expendy power supply is what you will have to have.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

do i need a power inverter or converter?i heard one of those is supposed to change a batteries power so it dont get drained. could i just get a battery and battery charger and use it?and if i can what should i look for in the battery and battery charger and how long do  you think i can use it before it start to go dead?
