Alex, the FM-A system uses a different CPU than the FM-S. The best thing to do is to replace the CPU with a CM3000 and you will have all the same harness as the FM-A but you will gain remote start options. If you don't want to go this route you can always pick up a 1WAM-S system and wire it in and using an AUX channel you can pulse the 1WAM-S to start by using the temp sensor input wire on the CM4200 CPU.
