Maybe you need to hook up the 3rd ignition wire on that car?  Not sure myself since I don't have a diagram, just an idea.

If it works with the key, its probably a bad Brain. ......Fords usually always have 2 Acc, did you power them both?

| IGNITION|RED / lt. green |+ |ignition harness |
| ACCESSORY|gray / YELLOW |+ |ignition harness |
| SECOND ACCESSORY|BLACK/ green | |ignition harness |

All three of the above connections are required for the blower to work on the Ford's. Use a relay for the 2nd ACC wire and use the primary ACC wire to engage the power to the relay.

jeff that makes scince, i have the 2 bigger wires powered by a relay and it goes to the third ign. but i think the 3rd ign. goes off once the car is started. i think i need to splice into the acc. and use it to power the relay. I all ready switched out the brains so i dont think that is it. Let me know what you think. Thanks

one more thing on this car i got 2 yellow/gray 12ga. that power the blower, BLACK/ green acc. and a third smaller yellow/gray thtas 2nd ign. and i think it powers the blower also. Thanks again

just some more info to help. I ran a power wire from the batt. to pins 86/30 on the relay, then 87 has my 2 large blower motor wires, 85 in the 3rd ign. from the brain. then ign. 2 runs off the smaller on the grey / YELLOW
