try switching the RCAs, where the subwoofer wires hook up to the amp. see if you can get the non working subwoofer working, by any means possible before deciding it is an amp ang getting another one. If both subwoofers work fine then it may be worth looking into a mono amp.. some amps are pretty inexpensive, it doesnt look like your into really high end stuff, but you can get some pretty good performance out of the budget amps nowadays. technology is sweeeeet 99 Blazer LT.   Yellow Top.
