98 Honda Accord w/ 300K miles

Here's the deal, I just bought a 98 Accord from my uncle for 500$. The only problem is that is has 330,000 miles on it. It has been babied since day one and it is in excellent condition. I know a lot of people do modifications to Honda's and I will probably replace the motor within the next year or so. What kind of motor can you put in those?? I've heard of people putting Acura engines in CRX's and what not. Just need to know what options are available and how to research this. Any help would be appreciated.

330k is all? many more miles in that car.  just getting broken in. there is an older prelude around here with 760k on it, its on display at some honda shop now. do you have a v6 or the 4 cylinder? if you have the 4 banger engine  you can swap a 96+ prelude motor (h22 is the engine code) in fairly eaily, 200 hp.
