you need to find out if your amps is able to take a 1ohm load briged. what type amp and subs do you have. most amps arnt able to take a 1ohm load briged. and at that ohm load there is going to be more power going to your subs.

i have kole audio Q4-960. it is 2 ohm stable. no where do i see 1 ohm stable, i actually never saw one im going to look for one but, yeah, i have 2 12" rockford punch stage 2.
bottom line, dont bridge, put the wires on just one channel. am i correct?

if you bridge the amp with a 2ohm load there will be one ohm on each channel. so your best bet is to not bridge it and gust put it on one channel.

bridge the amp. that is a 4 channel amp. bridge 2 channels 2 each sub. you must change your sub wiring for the best results. you will get the same SQ and 4 times the power.
